I wake up every day with a paralyzing panic attack. I can't think, or else the attack will worsen. Every morning, I think of leaving my body as an empty shell. The inside of my head has been graffitied with untrue sayings, but my mind won't admit that. Eventually, I get up. I ignore the pain. Becoming an empty shell can be useful. It really just depends on how bad you want the pain to go away.
